Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We offer standard shipping across New Zealand. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship to a range of international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
